Dashboard Layout

Top Metrics Cards

At the top of your dashboard, you’ll find key metrics that give you an instant snapshot of your job search:

Active Applications

  • What it shows: Total number of applications in progress
  • What’s included: All applications except those marked as “Closed” or “Rejected”
  • Why it matters: Helps you maintain momentum and pipeline

Response Rate

  • What it shows: Percentage of applications that received any response
  • How it’s calculated: (Applications with responses / Total applications) × 100
  • Why it matters: Indicates effectiveness of your application strategy

Interviews Scheduled

  • What it shows: Number of upcoming interviews
  • What’s included: All future interviews, screens, and assessments
  • Why it matters: Helps you prepare and manage your time

This Week’s Activities

  • What it shows: Count of all activities in the current week
  • What’s included: Interviews, calls, follow-ups, and deadlines
  • Why it matters: Keeps you aware of immediate commitments

Recent Applications Section

Application Cards

Each recent application shows:

  • Company and Position: Quick identification
  • Current Status: Color-coded for easy scanning
  • Days Since Applied: Helps track response times
  • Last Activity: Most recent update or interaction
  • Quick Actions: Update status, add note, schedule activity

Status Colors

Understanding the color coding:

  • 🔵 Blue (Interested): Tracking but not yet applied
  • 🟡 Yellow (Applied): Application submitted
  • 🟠 Orange (In Review): Company reviewing application
  • 🟣 Purple (Interviewing): Active interview process
  • 🟢 Green (Offer): Offer received

Activity Timeline

Your upcoming activities are displayed chronologically:

  • Today: Highlighted for immediate attention
  • This Week: Next 7 days of activities
  • Future: Everything beyond this week

Activities sync with your Google Calendar if connected. Changes in either place update everywhere.
